Bon Mi (Eugene)

Spicy Pork Bun Vermicelli

Rice Noodles or rice with lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, cilantro, and onions. Your choice of chicken, pork, hot pork, tofu. $8.75

Having had this dish several times, I chose the rice noodles and spicy pork. The bottom of the bowl is lined with a salad bed that includes lettuce, cucumber, carrots and onion. The vermicelli rice noodles sit on that and is topped off with the pork and cilantro. I add the oil as well as some Hoisin and Sriracha to taste.

Bon Mi is one of the top places I come to when in Eugene (153 E. Broadway).

This dish is nutritious and balanced between the salad, noodles and pork. It is more than enough for the average eater and is best when shared!
